Relating to the prosecution of sex crimes.

Abstract

Directs Department of Justice, in consultation with Oregon District Attorneys Association and Oregon State Bar, to study rule and statutory changes to encourage prosecution of sex crimes and to report results to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to judiciary on or before September 15, 2020. Sunsets January 2, 2021.
